Mendocino Passport Weekend - Update

Well I must say I had a wonderful time in Hopland. The tiny town in Mendocino on Hwy 101 about 100 miles north of San Francisco...was literally Hoppin'!  On Saturday hundreds of people stopped along the main street and visited the various winery tasting rooms. As well, I estimate about 200 people visit my booth to look at, and in some cases, buy my photography. It was definitely a successful weekend.

Most importantly though, I made a wonderful new friendship with the owners of the McDowell Valley Vineyard, Bill and Vicky Crawford. Introduced by a mutual friend, artist Tim Moore owner of Timor Artworks, I spent a wonderful night at the Winery ranch nestled in the nearby McDowell Valley. We enjoyed a very nice dinner complimented by absolutely great folks. Talk about a front row seat to tasting their wonderful wines!

The next Pass Port Weekend is October 23rd & 24th 2010. This is during the harvest and is a wonderful time to experience the area.

So set your calendar for the dates, bring your "Special Someone" and come on up for a great time. Don't forget to tell your friends....

Oh, and stop by my booth and say Hi!

  Until then Cheers!
